Guide on how to convert MP4 files to MPEG format on OS X.

Step 1: Free download the OS X MP4 to MPEG converter to your Mac, then launch it. The interface is as below:

Step 2: Add files by clicking the button , then the MP4 files you added will be shown in the window of this converting software.

Step 3: Select the output format as MPEG from the drop down box "Profile" .

Step 4: Choose a folder to save the export files by clicking "Browse".

Step 5: Click the combox button "Edit". There are two options in it--trim and effect.

1. Trim : Click trim to start the trim window in which you can clip segments of the video by setting the exact start time point and end time point, or by dragging the two sliders.

2. Effect: In "effect", there are three options--crop, effect and watermark.

Crop: Here you can crop the area size of the video.

Effect: Improve the output quality of the video by adjusting the bightness, contrast and the saturation of the images.

Watermark: You can add text watermak and picture watermark.

Step 6: Then click the button to start converting, the converting program will convert the mp4 files to mpeg format automatically.

Note:

1. You can take photos of the video by cliking the button .

2. If you want to merge two or more files into one, just click the button .
